What drives Regina prices

Regina is the provincial capital, sitting where the Trans-Canada Highway meets Highway 6. Agriculture and Bakken oil anchor the local economy, and the city is home to a major refinery complex. That refinery sits right in the market it serves. For a carrier this is a capital city with a fuel plant in its own backyard, on a junction that carries both grain and oil traffic. The combination of a refinery and two crossing highways is what defines how this market runs.
